By accessing and using Etica's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Services Description
Etica provides social media marketing services, including but not limited to:
- Content creation and strategy development
- Social media account management
- Paid advertising campaigns
- Analytics and reporting
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business
- Grant necessary access to social media accounts and platforms
- Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
- Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, payments are due monthly in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
All content created by Etica remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a license to use the content for your business purposes. You retain ownership of your brand assets and any content you provide.
Limitation of Liability
Etica's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all completed work and access to your accounts will be transferred back to you.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
